Charles A. Bieneman is a partner at Bejin Bieneman PLC, an intellectual property boutique in Detroit, Michigan. I specialize in all aspects of software law, with a focus on patents, copyrights, and agreements, such as licenses, development agreements, and web site agreements. In past lives I have been a software engineer and a patent examiner. I am currently the Chair of the Michigan State Bar Information Technology Law Section. I have taught Computer Law at the Thomas M.
